If you’ve come here to take a look at what we do, we expect that you think our productivity is a bit limited, given our lack of social media posts. Not so. We’ve been very busy.
2024-2025 has been an interesting time, to say the least. As well as working with our clients, to design, develop, create, grow and launch projects, we’ve also been on the move. Not as in on the move in the Manchester region (where we’re from) or even within the UK. Oh no, we’re not that straightforward.
We moved to Istria in 2017 and as well as continuing our design business, we renovated an old stone house and got to know beautiful Croatia, and Slovenia and Italy because they were our neighbours. Almost as soon as we’d completed our renovation, we decided we were ready for another adventure – this time to Andalucia. We never say never, and not much prevents us from realising our dreams, so we put our house up for sale, sold it, put all of our belongings (except laptops etc) in storage and set off in our car for Spain, in July 2024, staying in short term and long term rentals – but working all the time, and keeping in touch with clients – until we found our beautiful town-house, which we have renovated. All the while, still working. But, without the time to hop onto social media and keep our design journey updated.
We are now settled in a gorgeous town in southern Andalucia, with very strong wi-fi, meaning – we are back! Back in a comfortable environment, where we can be really creative again and get back into a design groove. We’ve missed designing from a settled base – but we’ve had a blast and an adventure and we have proven again, that we can still run our business and make our clients happy, from anywhere. It no longer matters that we don’t have a physical base in West Didsbury. We still have our creativity, our laptops, our means of communication and our ability to work from our home.
